The 15 hectares of vineyards are spread around the towns of Monforte d’Alba and Roddino planted with Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay and Riesling.
Bricco San Pietro and Le coste di Monforte are our Barolo crus. In 2019, new “Pinot noir” vines were planted.
The harvest takes place in September and October. After the manual harvest, the grapes are transported directly to the winery where they begin their transformation into wine.
Ariota means “breeze” in Piedmontese dialect; representing the light wind that often blows in this vineyard
