BRACHETTO D’ACQUI IL FURETTO

With a rich historical tradition, the assembling of the cuvée, or blend, is the method we follow, since it ensures wines of outstanding finesse and balance. A 15-20-day fermentation at ca. 30o C guarantees adequate tannin and extraction for the formation of a complex and cellar-worthy structure. The wine then goes to large oak barrels where it matures for at least two years, followed by another year in glass to achieve perfect balance

Wine Description

Colour: shimmering red with intense pink hues

Bouquet: richly aromatic, intense crisp fruit particularly strawberry, hints of rose petals
