Vino Rosato

In the vineyard

Rosé made from selected red grapes from Bricco del Drago. Its name, “Sclint”, is a dialect word denoting the transparent sheen of its colour. Perfectly ripe, healthy grapes undergo very brief maceration, resulting in a rosé of character that combines a particularly fragrant bouquet with subtlety, a substantial “Piedmontese” structure with extreme, harmonious palatability
