The cuvèe is a blend of wines from the D.O.C.G. hillside vineyards around Erbusco. Most of the wines are from the harvest preceding tirage, while approximately 25% are older vintages cellared at cool temperatures. The Brut is the perfect standard-bearer of our D.O.C.G. Franciacorta wines, eloquently expressing our dedication to producing Blanc de Blancs of great elegance and finesse, wines with considerable cellaring potential
