Blend of Chardonnay, from our vineyards on the hill of Erbusco, Seradina di Sotto, Chiosino, Valli della Luna e Ripe Paradiso. Fermentation in steel tanks (85%) and old barriques (5%). As all the wines from vintage 2012, quite hot and dry, continues to amaze us: we would have expected wines more alcoholic and very structured. The distinctive sign of the harvest, remains more focused on fresh and minerals notes: the acid balance of the bases, guaranted by the old vines, has probably preserved the wines from this vintage by excessive ripeness, keeping them elegant and very drinkable
