Wine-making

after a slightly earlier harvest compared to the Langhe Freisa so as to obtain a more pronounced acidic tone, it is pressed and the rosé must is fermented in stainless steel basins at a controlled temperature. Then, using the “Martinotti” or “Charmat lungo” methods, it is frothed in autoclaves
