Vinification
Direct pressing of the grapes. The first fermentation takes place in French oak barriques for ten days at a temperature of 15-18°C. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle at around 14°C
Maturation
on its lees for 12 months, with rémuage done by hand in pupitres. No added syrup dosage
Tasting notes
The spumante LATORRICELLA has a gold color, rapid foam and a fine and persistent perlage. It has aromas of bread crust, yeast and dried fruit with some floral notes. LATORRICELLA spumante is perfect as an aperitif, it pairs very well with white meat and fish and is a nice accompaniment to dessert
