Organoleptic description

Appearing a delicate straw yellow, Sergio offers a very distinctive bouquet that marries together notes of smooth honey and wild apple. A well-calibrated acidity gives a fine focus to a palate that is dry , medium-bodied, and pleasantly bitterish. A slender but pronounced bead of tiny bubbles crowns this fine sparkling wine
