Straw yellow colour with gold reflections. Very fine and persistent perlage

Hints of ripe fruits, banana, hazel-nut, vanilla and a subtle scent of honey

Full, harmonious and velvety taste with a clear-cut personality. Fruity fragrances melt with the spicy barrique aromas

Serving suggestions

Its velvety bouquet and taste can be fully appreciated with a tulip-shaped glass. The recommended serving temperature is 10-12°C

The fine quality of this sparkling wine makes it perfect for important occasions, celebrations, and special events. Excellent either as an aperitif or served throughout the meal. Best when matched to fish and white meat dishes, but will also marry well with other even unusual preparations
