Ageing

Organoleptic characteristics
a golden yellow colour, bouquet of apricots and mature fruit, sweet, rounded and fresh in the mouth (sugar around 150g/l)
Food pairing
pairs well with cheeses, even strong varieties, and is perfect on its own for contemplation or in good company
