Vinification

after a soft press the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with its indigenous yeasts without using sulfites

for 6 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with its yeasts. In bottle at constant temperature of 15°C

Color: straw yellow

Bouquet: fresh, with exotic and mineral notes

Taste: fruity and floral flavors, fragrant, with good aromatic persistence
