Vinification

Soft pressing of grapes, decanting and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20°C. The wine stays in contact with its lees for 11 months

light yellow with green tints

Bouquet

fruity with notes of white flowers and broom

Taste

fruity with lively acidity, fruity and very elegant. Good structure, mineral notes

Pairs well with

light antipasti, omelettes, fish dishes, chicken and veal. Excellent as an aperitif
