Vinification

The de-stemmed grapes undergo a soft squeezing process. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in steel containers maintained at controlled temperatures. Once fermentations are finished, the wine rests in yeasts for at least 4 months before bottling

Wine

This straw-colored wine boasts a mid-range level of intensity. Its clean floral scents suggest melon and a light hint of citrus. To the palate, it’s clear-cut, very fresh and flavorful, coherently characterized by the citrus scents perceived by the nose

Matches

It makes an excellent aperitif and proves a great match for salty sandwiches and starters in general. It’s also ideal for accompanying delicate first courses such as trofie pasta with pesto sauce and risotto with herbs
