Chardonnay

Production process

obtained from strictly selected Chardonnay grapes, it is vinified partly in stainless steel containers and partly in natural oak containers. Only after 24 months aging it will be bottled and the result will be a right balance between scent and body of the wine

Organoleptic characteristics

Intense pale yellow colour with strong greenish tints. Wide and persistent scent, you can already smell it while filling the glass up

Taste

as it is a full-bodied wine, it gives a strong “fullness” sensation, well supported by a right acidity

Serve it cool 12°C. It can bear the aging if kept in optimum conditions. It is a good accompaniment to the whole meal, except for game and red meat roasts
