One parcel in Barbaresco, just below Martinenga, facing southwest at an altitude of 230m a.s.l. ; a second parcel on the northeast side of Monte Aribaldo, in the Treiso commune at an altitude of 370m a.s.l.

Vinification and ageing

Distemming and pressing of grapes followed by a cold settling of the must at a low temperature, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Refining on selected lees for four to six months. Sterile bottling and brief aeging in bottle before release

Tasting notes

Colour: Bright straw yellow

Bouquet: Intense aromas with sweet notes, reminiscent of apple, ananas and citrus fruit

Taste: Flavoursome and mouthfilling, harmonious and persistent, with a lingering aftertaste which reminds of the sensations found in the bouquet

Food pairing

An ideal aperitif wine, great with fresh starters and seafood
