Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 20% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 12 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months

Tasting Notes

Color: violet-red

Bouquet: hints of fresh plum, blueberry jam and medlar

Taste: dense and fruity flavors, with tapered tannins. Equipped with multiple facets in perfect balance
