Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 16 days. Malolactic fermentation done in French oak barrels, of which 50% new and the remaining second passage, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 12 months

Tasting Notes

Color: ruby red

Bouquet: hints of plum, morello cherries and anise

Taste: creamy, dense and soft with a wonderfully expressive finish that shows notes of cherries and anise
