Vinification

Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats for an average period of 8 days. Malolactic fermentation done in used French oak barrels, followed by 24 months of aging. Finally, bottle aging for about 6 months

Tasting Notes

Color: ruby red

Bouquet: floral notes with hints of berries and Mediterranean spices

Taste: on the palate it is dry, harmonious, full-bodied and velvety. It presents hints of blueberries and white peppers
