The grapes are selected from the Vineyard located in Serraboella, Neive, planted from 1953 and 1984, 4.600 plants per hectare, harvested the last week of September

Winemaking

alcoholic fermentation in rotofermenters for 10 days at 26-28° C (78-82° F)

before malolactic the wine is moved to Slavonian oak casks for 18 months. The wine is held in stainless steel tanks for 2 months before bottling. Unfiltered, unfined
