Vinification

destemming, maceration with skin contact; the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without using sulfites

part in small oak barrels and part in stainless steel vats for 5-6 months in contact with its natural yeasts, in bottle at constant temperature of 15°C

Color: bright purple red

Bouquet: fine notes of fresh fruit, raspberry

Taste: beautiful balance among freshness, fruit and acidity, notes of raspberry
