Cultivation
Traditional with Guyot pruning
Fermentation and maturation
The vinification process follows the tradition of floating cap with pumpover. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days at a controlled temperature of 24-28 °C. followed by a rapid malolactic fermentation
Ageing
After the fermentation, this wine follows a brief passing in steel and cement tanks, before being bottles. Then, at least 2 months in bottle
