In order to reach this goal, after an accurate selection of the grapes, the wine is aged which tends to soften the tannins and makes it go down more smoothly, preserving the freshness of the aromas. This Nebbiolo is a splendid example of a full-bodied balanced wine. The bouquet is characterized by notes of rose, strawberry and violet; on the palate it is elegant and full, with tannins in delicate harmony.
