Balsamic notes stand out in the aroma, referencing the characteristics of the soil this wine comes from, as well as spicier hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, it is elegant, full, and persistent. This wine was made to go with grand meat dishes, especially game, and with ripened cheeses and it is perfect for entertaining in the evening
