Hills formed in the interglacial stage by the Monte Rosa moraine (the second highest peak in Europe). The soil is very rich in minerals thanks to the considerable crumbling of the rocks due to the age of the moraine

Wine-making
Grapes were destemmed and then delicately pressed. The skins were left to soak for a relatively short period and once the malolattic fermentation was complete the wine was transferred to small 9 hl. caskets until Autumn. Afterwards refined in bottles stored horizontally

This wine has a ruby red colour and its fragrances express all the pleasantness of fruit together with the elegance of Nebbiolo, made more precious by the well balanced oak scent
