Ageing

Aged in French oak tonneaux and re nement in the bottle positioned horizontally with controlled temperature according to the related appellation procedural guidelines

Bright garnet-red and characteristic with light orange re ections after ageing

Nose

Ethereal and intense with tobacco, spicies and dry gues scents. After the oxigenation it gives dry fruits and jams sensations

Palate

Elegant, austere, full-bodied and pleasant with cinchona roots and rhubarb
