Tasting notes
Colour: Bright garnet red with light orange reflections
Bouquet: Intense notes of plum and cherry sinuously blend with balsamic nuances of mint, tea leaves, dried flowers and gold-leaf tobacco
Taste: The balance between the very fine tannic structure and the fresh, menthol reminescent finish, gives depth and elegance to the wine
Food pairing
Ideal with red meat, white meat richly seasoned and mature cheeses; also pairs well with traditional pidemontese first courses like tajarin or agnolotti del plin
