Soil type

Gurra: the clay and calcareous soil highlights. Dispensa: shallow soil, average limestone, with a good section of yellow and dark-grey clay; moderate fine texture, few stones. Buonivini: calcareous limestone soil, plenty of small size stones; fine texture with fraction of light coloured clay

Ruby red with clear purple tones

Nose

Explosive aromas of cocoa, tobacco and fresh fruit. Mulberry, plum and slightly minty hints of balsam are apparent

Palate

Well ripened tannins without astringency are the foundation with a fresh alcoholic structure and well balanced tannin content
