Vinification-maceration for 10 days
Maturation
Aged for at least 4 months in stainless steel tanks with the ‘presa di spuma’ (foam formation) in pressure tanks. Additional maturation in bottle for 2 months
Characteristics
intense violet ruby red colour, lively froth, slightly sparkling. Fragrant on the nose, explosive and winy, with intense hints of red fruit and bracing sour cherry. Extraordinarily lively taste, very fresh, “vivacious and irrepressible”, good body and soft texture.This Barbera goes well with cold meat, pasta dishes and spicy stews. In particular perfect with boiled meat, mixed grills, roasts, red meat stews and delicate fowl
Serve at
10-12 °C in spring- summer, 18 °C in autumn-winter. To be drunk young, as soon as it is uncorked, fresh from the cellar
