Winemaking
crushed and macerated for about 15 days in stain-less steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 4 years. 3 years in oak casks of different origin and sizes, then rests in the bottle for 8 months
Wine Description
this wine is produced only in the best vintages. A deep pomegranate red wine; with a delicate fruity and mineral fragrance with hints of cherries, rose, liquorice and pepper. Fresh, with silky tannins, with a long and smooth finish
