Tasting Notes
Colour: Pronounced ruby red, with purple tinges when young, turning to garnet as it matures
Nose: Big, lingering, vinous bouquet typical of Cannonau, hints of forest fruits
Palate: Dry, fairly intense, good balance of acids and tannins, long finish in the nose and on the palate

Constant temperature 16 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle
Serving
Stemware with wide rim and fairly tall bowl, serving temperature 16 °C, uncork at least 30 minutes before serving
