Winemaking process

after a careful selection at the harvest, the grape is crushed and fermented in stainless steel basins. Then, it is refermented in autoclaves, giving the wine its light vivacity

very winy and fruity scent with hints of cherry, strawberry, raspberry and rose

fresh and fragrant thanks also to the delicate vivacity
