It is made with Nebbiolo grapes. The vinification is traditional, with the maceration lasting eight days, followed by ageing for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks. It has marked aromas with hints of raspberries and blackberries, and an elegant and harmonious palate distinguished by soft tannins - a versatile wine which can be enjoyed throughout the meal
To the eye, Langhe Nebbiolo is deep red in colour. The bouquet is young and complex, with hints of fruit, spice, and gentle suggestions of leather. To the palate, it offers the flavour of a soft, fascinating young wine with mild, refìned tannins that are pleasantly persistent
Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo Massolino is a good way to approach the grape variety, without the reverential fear that Barolo might inspire. Fermentation is slightly shorter, then the wine spends a year in large Slavonian oak barrels to emphasise the elegance and finesse of the variety

This wine is produced with grapes selected in the area of San Marzano in the Salento region of Apulia. After temperature controlled fermentation is over, must is gently pressed and the wine goes through 4 months aging in French oak barrels
